Dc electric arc furnace:Both DC electric arc furnaces and DC submerged arc furnaces are industrialfurnaces that directly heat the furnace charge with the heat of arc light.

Furnace shell: The furnace shell is welded from 20mm thick steel plate(Q235)and is circular in shape.
Furnace cover: The inner side of the upper part of the furnace cover(Q235)is welded with slag hanging nails, which can be used to hang refractory insulation materials. The furnace cover is a semi-sealed integral support frame.
Electrode lifting device and electrode cross arm: The electrode lifting device is com- posed of an electrode cross arm, a column, an electrode lifting trolley, guide wheels, etc.
Short network system: The short network system is connected to the rectifier power cabinet, reactor, water-cooled cable, conductive cross arm and graphite electrode through the secondary output terminal of the electric furnace transformer.
The hydraulic system is composed of components such as the hydraulic pump unit, accumulator, and control valve group.
Cooling water system: Composed of pressure gauges, thermometers ,butterfly valves, water distribution radiators, return water tanks and pipelines ,etc. The external cooling water source is connected to the inlet pipe of the workshop, with a pressure of no less than 0.3MPa, and the inlet water temperature does not exceed the ambient temperature.
